The HEARTACHEHELPER Keeps Spreading The Love. Schenectady, NY., Jan. 4: Farrah Nayka Ashline, CEO and Founder of HeartacheHelper.Com, a Schenectady-based Eastern-inspired firm for Love and Sexuality, has announced the opening of another firm, PotenZential.Com. The new firm focuses on an Eastern-based approach towards business consulting, health care for seniors, wellness programs and interior design. Ashline returned to her home city of Schenectady after years in Washington, DC, Boston, and India. She wanted to give back to her community in developing new businesses and assisting those who desire to grow their own. While they’re at it, they can tend to their emotional and spiritual needs with such services as ayurveda, massage therapy, energy medicine, yoga, tantra, tui-na, reflexology, meditation, life coaching, arts therapy and support groups. As a former Washington Post featured Dot Com’er herself, Ashline can relate to the daily struggle of balancing work demands with personal well being and happiness. “It was a struggle to balance both the demands of a very busy work day with the personal needs for an emotionally and spiritually fulfilled personal life. I wanted to fight the Generation-X label, and was willing to put in long hours to make my business grow. As I looked around, I noticed I wasn’t the only one drowning. It made me decide to head to India to learn the secret of having both a successful professional life and a fulfilling and enriching personal and home life too,” Ashline shared. The firm’s mission states on its home page that one cannot succeed in reaching their professional or personal goals without tending to their emotional, physical and spiritual well being. PotenZential.Com is one of the first of its kind in the country that is encompassing a total wellness approach to the busy body who wants not only professional success, but a sense of balance and inner wellness as well. Recently TIME Magazine made note of the increasing trends of “gurus” in the corporate world in their article, “Swami, How They Love You.” Business Week Magazine featured an article “Karma Capitalism” in which the magazine recognizes how the Bhagavad Gita has come to replace The Art of War as the hip new ancient Eastern management text. Ashline did the opposite of what most people would do in order to take their business to the next level. She took a “Soul Sabbatical.” Traveling to India, Africa and Europe, she shifted her focus to a more global perspective while at the same time embracing ancient techniques for relaxation, health, stress management and even, love. Her love for everything Eastern has spread to other areas of her business she would have never dreamed of. She offers an Eastern approach to wellness for seniors as a means of managing rising health care costs and increased senior depression rates. There are corporate wellness seminars that help companies de-stress their employees according to the Four Noble Truths in Buddhism. Finding yourself lacking for love, family or even selling your home? Ashline has that covered too with Vastu interior design for home or office. Recognizing the importance of how our daily environment can contribute to our well being, Ashline stresses the importance of a total approach to health, happiness and productivity through wellness programs, interior overhauls, and in-touch consultants who can help you re-haul not only your home or office, but your entire personal living day too. When asked why Ashline decided to base her companies in Schenectady, NY, she revealed this: “Forbes Magazine voted Albany, NY the least stressful city in America. I figured what better place to offer refuge to those struggling to find balance than in a city that seems to be doing something right already.” Additional information can be located at: www.PotenZential.Com, or www.HeartacheHelper.Com.
